Terms and Conditions


Proofing

While we will make every effort to correct errors as we see them, ultimately it is the client’s responsibility to carefully review any and all proofs received for errors. This includes but is not limited to: spelling, layout, website URLs, phone numbers, addresses, directions, etc. Once Client has given final approval, any errors are corrected at your expense.

Quantities

Some items may have minimum order quantities or must be ordered in specific quantity breaks. These items will be addressed as needed and are indicated in your proposal. Once you have given final approval and your project has moved into production you may not decrease your quantity. It may be possible to increase your quantity. We recommend ordering 5-10% extra in order to ensure that you will have enough pieces to cover any last-minute guest or for keepsake pieces.

Timeline

A timeline and estimated completion date is included in your proposal. World Digital Imaging will strive to work within this timeline, but it is important for the client to also cooperate in a timely manner. WDI will not be responsible for not meeting deadlines due to delayed client action or response.

Pricing

@Hello and World Digital Imaging reserves the right to change prices without notice. Pricing changes may be affected by an increase or decrease in supplier, service, and/or production costs. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Any changes to your order once your contract is set may result in pricing changes.

Design Property

All designs and concepts are property of @Hello and World Digital Imaging. All work may not be reproduced in any form without consent. WDI retains the rights to use preliminary concepts and completed designs for the purpose of display or for other clients, upon request.

Inspiration

It is important to us that every design is our own. While we both encourage and appreciate inspiration from sites such as Etsy, Pinterest, etc. to give us an idea of the style that you are looking for, please do not ask us to copy someone else’s design with your wording and/or colors. It is not fair to the original designer and we would much prefer to create something new and specially for you.

Order Changes

All changes and additions (such as quantity, paper type, etc.) must be made prior to final approval of the project. Once a job has gone into production, any changes made may be at your expense.

Rush Orders

Orders may be considered RUSH if they are needed within a 1-2 week turnaround for basic stock items or 3-4 week turnaround for special-order items. Rush orders are accepted depending upon availability and requirements of the project, a 15% rush charge may apply. Payment for rush items is due at time of order.

Deposit

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required along with your signed contract in order for us to begin executing your order. Please note that there will be no design started or materials ordered until the deposit is received. The deposit amount will be applied to the total amount due for the job, and the remaining balance due must be paid upon delivery.

Payment

World Digital Imaging currently accepts cash, check, and credit cards. Final payment for all jobs is required at time of pickup or delivery. Orders that are to be shipped will not be mailed until payment is received.

Returns & Cancellations

If there is a need to cancel your order please contact World Digital Imaging right away. If your order has not gone into production, you are responsible for your 50% deposit, any design costs, and any materials that have been purchased. If your project has gone into production, you are responsible for the entire amount as stated in your contract. Because of the personalization of custom stationery, orders are non-refundable without exception. We will make every effort to assure your satisfaction, and if there is an error on our part we will do our best to rectify the problem.

Delivery

All shipping and postage will be assumed by the client. World Digital Imaging is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping/mailing or invitations that are not delivered. Any shipping charges will be added to your final invoice. You may also pick-up your order at our Beavercreek, Ohio location to avoid shipping charges.

Inconsistencies

While we will always work to ensure quality and consistency in our work, some printing or finishing processes may cause slight variations.

Post Office

Invitations may incur additional postage because of their weight/thickness. We can provide you with an estimated postage amount based on your finished invitation, however these prices are subject to change based to USPS postal regulations. World Digital Imaging is not responsible for invitations or stationary that is lost in the mail or is destroyed through the mailing process.
